it's not that i don't. i do. i mean, it's a free world isn't it? everyone's entitled to their own freedom. their right to do whatever they deem fit. i don't want to be the puppet master because i don't ever want to be a puppet myself.

it's just that when it crosses the (invisible) line that i'm frustrated. because i am then being put in a position where i have to choose between accommodating to someone's "entitlement" and my own principles/feelings. the hardest part here is finding the right balance between both and sticking to it. of course it's great when it goes MY WAY but then again if it is by force, it is pointless.

because you don't want to have to make it change for you.

you want it to change because it wants to change for you.
