i was cooking the other day, while waiting for the two to come back from their study session at the law library. it's been a long time since i had a one-man show in the kitchen. cooked kangkung with sambal, baked salmon and steamed egg.

it was a very enjoyable thing to do, to be able to prepare dinner and knowing that people are coming back to enjoy my effort. i like the feeling of preparing dinner for someone who's coming home after a long day, to be able to serve him/her good food, to put a smile on his/her face. it gives much satisfaction.

and then, i was thinking about this situation: preparing dinner while waiting for my significant other to come home from work. and guess what, i actually LIKED that idea, of being a housewife. OMG! me, a housewife? maybe, if his income is able to provide a stable and comfortable life for me. i mean... us.

haiyoh.. how to become an investment banker if like that?
