so now that you've seen the process, let me tell you what actually happened. sort of.

had lunch with yen after the derivatives exam. felt quite bored after coz have nothing to do so i told her what i actually planned to do for that day just for the sake of saying something irrelevant. she got very excited and convinced me to do it. told her once before and she was very supportive, i must say. the second person to not say no after px. and since we were already in melbourne central, might as well go and ask at that beauty parlour thinggy. asked for the price and a few questions about it but i was starting to chicken out and decided not to do it because of the price and also for the fact that they weren't very friendly and informative. i thought of doing it before but not REALLY doing it. not yet. so we left and stood at the side thinking about it and yen suggested another place. it was a part of a pharmacy so must be damn clean pro la.. so i said "wanna go and check it out?". "ok!"

off we went to that place. asked for more details and that girl was quite friendly coz she had it done before so she was able to share more. and it was a bit cheaper. and bla bla bla.. "ok, i'm doing it...". "yeay!!!!" (clapclapclap) asked yen to take photos for me coz i don't do this kind of thing very often...

so, if i can remember correctly (it was all quite fast), she first marked 2 dots with a marker pen (24mm apart). then clamped my nape, then poke.. poke POKE (aww aww aww), then i think she inserted the barbell (awwss....), then something something.. (ouch..sssssss) i think it was when she bent the bar. then screw the balls and TADA! 2 metal balls sticking out of my nape. :D

i was sweating a bit.. i think i flushed. the photographer was sweating as well.. yen was as excited as me..and said she felt as though she pierced her nape as well. hee hee... we left, walked around for a few minutes not knowing what we were doing, or what we've done for the past 10 minutes.. feeling ecstatic and a bit "high" a guess.. coz it all happened so fast it was a bit surreal.

so yeah, i pierced my nape. and i now i have 2 metal balls at the back of my neck. nice, eh?
